Can we reduce the semen concentration per dose with this technology?

Absolutely YES!   A number of studies have been conducted on this subject; first and foremost being that with JSR in the UK. An article surrounding their work is immediately below:

Mahidol University in Thailand and PIC also did studies on reduced concentration, and the Mahidol results can be reviewed in the “Data/Results” section of this site. PIC refused to formally share their study’s information with us but we learned there was no difference in performance dropping down to 1 billion sperm.

When all is said and done, we are comfortable in recommending sperm reductions in the following ways:

Drop your concentrations in a methodical manner and do not drop too fast!

If your current dose is 4 billion, you are safe to start initially drop to 2 billion

After this 50% drop, go slower…  Try 1.5 billion next

Then 1 billion.  After 1 billion we strongly suggest you drop in smaller increments and do NOT go below 500 million

Regardless what concentration you settle on, DO NOT REDUCE THE VOLUME!  ALWAYS MAINTAIN 80ML AND DO NOT DROP BELOW THIS NUMBER.

You need an adequate amount of volume to inject the semen to the UTJ.  This is very important!
